Principal owner started her career in 2003 after completing B. Com Honors Degree (Human Resources Management) and enjoys uplifting communities, inspiring youngsters and share her more than 16 years’ HR experience with all. Her biggest skills are Selection & Recruitment, Payroll & Employee benefits, HR Administration and Performance Management.
She started the consultancy, after completing an MBA degree in 2018 and has positioned her selves with the key focus on corporates, public sector; and the Namibian youth.
She lives by “Khâima” which simply means “Stand Up” Stand up to try and grab lives opportunities with both hands. To standing up which is also health benefit, including weight loss, reduced back pain, improved mental health, lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol, boost productivity and greater life expectancy.
