Khâima Recruitment & HR Solutions is built on a solid foundation of over two decades of human resource expertise. Our journey began in 2003 when our founder, Ms. Christiana Garises, entered the HR field after earning a B.Com Honours Degree in Human Resource Management. Driven by a passion for people and a commitment to professional excellence, she quickly made her mark in recruitment, payroll, and employee development.
In 2018, after completing the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Ms. Garises took a bold step and founded Khâima Recruitment & HR Solutions—a consultancy committed to deliver tailored HR Solutions services to Namibian corporates, public institutions, and the youth.
Inspired by the meaning of the word Khâima — “Stand Up” — the company embodies the values of resilience, opportunity, and proactive growth. Our name reminds us that standing up isn’t just a physical act, but a mindset of seizing life’s opportunities, improving well-being, and building a future of productivity with impact.
Since its establishment, Khâima has successfully partnered with notable organisations such as:
